📦 Returns and Exchanges

The exchange or return of an item can be made within a maximum period of 14 consecutive days, counted after receiving the item. It can be exchanged for another piece of equal or higher value, upon presentation of the invoice and indication of the order number.

•Without odors and without signs of use

📍 Return Procedure

The item should be sent to our address, with shipping costs assumed by the Customer. The refund will be made through the same way of payment or with a store credit voucher.

⚠️ Exclusions

Returns or exchanges of personalized items will not be accepted. Due to the unique nature of these products, all personalized jewelry is final sale.

🚚 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received an item different from what you ordered, or it is defective, we sincerely apologize.

🎯 Process for Defective Items

To proceed with the exchange, the process is identical to normal returns, except for the shipping costs, which will be at our expense. We take full responsibility for any error on our part.
