Tara Jayde de Barros Foley, as an individual entrepreneur, with taraclassy.com as the registered domain for communication, and here referred to as “TaraClassy Jewellery Store”, is an organization that operates in the field of art and jewelry, with VAT 267550588, establishment at Praça Rainha Dona Leonor Nº1, 8400-234 Ferragudo, Portugal, with CAE 47125, CAE 47770 and CAE 47783.
This information is intended to define the general terms and conditions of sale and service provision established between TaraClassy Jewellery Store and the Customer, within the scope of relationships established through the online store, with the address www.taraclassy.com.
These terms and conditions may be changed at any time, considering that the changes take effect from the date of their placement on the site.
📦 Product Information and Content
TaraClassy will do everything possible so that the content of the information presented on the site does not contain errors. Whenever they are detected, they will be corrected immediately.
There may be some slight difference between the image on the site and the piece received, taking into account, on the one hand, the device that the Customer is using to view the image, and on the other hand, the fact that most pieces are made by hand, and may present some slight differences. In the case of pieces with stones and pearls, there may be more visible differences, as these are unique, making it impossible to find exactly identical specimens.
All information about price, products, specifications and promotional actions may be changed at any time.
The Customer may not demand from TaraClassy, compensation, interest or compensatory damages, in cases of stock shortage or errors in the information available on the site, deliveries outside the expected timeframe, or even mistakes in sending the item.
🛒 Orders
Use the website www.taraclassy.com.
You must fill in all the elements requested for this purpose. The information transmitted by the customer will have full legal effects, with the Customer recognizing electronic purchases, and cannot claim the lack of signature for non-compliance with assumed obligations.
The order will be completed after confirmed payment.
You will receive an email with order confirmation and indication of a tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please send us an email with this indication. The most common reasons for this occurrence are related to a possible error in the email address registered at the time of ordering, or due to unconfirmed payment.
🚚 Deliveries and Timeframes
Deliveries will be made to the address and in the name of the recipient, and with the invoice data, as filled in at the time of ordering.
Deliveries are made via Registered Mail through CTT (Portugal Post), and you can track your orders on the CTT website. You can also pick up directly at the TaraClassy Jewellery Store in Ferragudo.
After dispatch, the expected timeframes are:

- •Portugal Mainland and Islands – 1 to 2 working days
- •European Union (except Spain) – 3 to 5 working days
If the delivery is not made because no one is at the indicated address to receive the order, a postal notice will be left and the order will wait at the local CTT Post Office. You will have 5 working days to collect it, and it will be returned after this period of time, with the respective reshipping costs being borne by the Customer.
We are not responsible for deliveries outside the expected timeframe, due to non-compliance for reasons beyond our control, namely shipper strikes, human errors or incidents in the IT services of our service providers, among others.
💳 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, according to your Country.
Any customs duties are not included, for which the Customer is responsible.
The amount corresponding to shipping costs will be added to the total value of the order, with the opportunity to view it at the time of payment for the order.
💰 Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods:

- •Multibanco or MBWAY
- •By Payshop Pay
- •By Google Pay and Apple Pay
🔄 Returns and Exchanges
The exchange or return of a piece can be made within a maximum period of 14 consecutive days, counted after receiving the item. It can be exchanged for another piece of equal or higher value, upon presentation of the invoice and indication of the order number. Only unused pieces in original packaging, without odors and without signs of use will be accepted. The piece should be sent to our address, with shipping costs assumed by the Customer. The refund will be made through a store credit voucher.
Returns or exchanges of personalized pieces will not be accepted.
